Who are we? We are a licensed process serving firm, with a flawless record. We have been serving papers for over 10 years. Precision Process Service is dedicated to customer service. We understand the importance of getting your documents served both quickly and correctly.

All of our employees are licensed process servers.
These employees go through yearly testing and training.

When will you get started serving my papers?
We generally expedite all papers that we receive, meaning that we will get started by the end of the following business day that we receive them. For example, if we receive your documents on a Tuesday, we will have made at least one attempt to serve them by the end of Wednesday. We also offer same day service for an additional cost.

How many times will you attempt to serve my papers? This will depend on the address where we are serving at, but generally we will attempt around 5 times. We will let you know the exact number of attempts that we will make when you contact us by e-mail and/or phone. You can also look up information on our Process Service Status database, which is on the internet. The status of all papers we serve is listed there, including attempts, and everything you view can only be seen by you. We issue you a private pasword for this purpose.

Can you guarantee that you will serve my papers?
Although we cannot guarantee service, we will guarantee that we will do our best to get the documents served for you. If we are unable to serve the papers due to a bad address or someone not opening the door for us, we will contact you and give you some options on how to proceed.

How do I know when the papers have been served? We will contact you by phone and let you know when the papers have been served. We will also mail a copy of the affidavit of service to you. We also email status reports. You can also look up information on our Process Service Status database, which is on the internet. The status of all papers we serve is listed there, including attempts, and everything you view can only be seen by you. We issue you a private pasword for this purpose.
